One of the most challenging aspects in fitness and wellness for most families is nutrition. After either a long day at work or a long day at home with the kids it can be difficult to find the motivation to prepare a healthy dinner from scratch each night.
My wife and I have had our fair share of nights when we have just pulled out the cereal bowls, a few boxes of cereal and milk, and called it dinner. The boys loved those nights, but we knew that having cereal for dinner probably wasn’t the healthiest option, to say the least.
No parent feels good about giving their child cereal for dinner, but it happens.
So in efforts to help out and to reduce the number of “cereal nights” in your household I am going to share a website with you that has helped me immensely.
Ever since I discovered it it has been much easier to eat whole foods. My veggie dishes have greatly increased in variety and in taste, but the best thing of all is that it has given me all kinds of ideas that I never would have thought of before and made cooking much, much more simple.
There is no need to have another cereal night again when you have recipes like this.
