About Seth

Seth Bigelow is the owner of Go and Show Fitness, LLC and is a Certified Health and Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Seth has worked for years in the corporate wellness field teaching employees of large companies how to live healthy lifestyles. He instructs numerous fitness classes each day and visits one on one with clients to help them better achieve their health and fitness goals. He also teaches workshops on healthy nutrition and physical fitness topics for these companies and their employees.

Not only does Seth have vast experience working in the corporate wellness field, but he owns and runs his own fitness company where he teaches early morning boot camp classes and is a personal trainer for select clients. He works with real people each and every day helping them to overcome the obstacles that stand in their way to becoming the fit and healthy versions of themselves that they so desire to become.

Seth is passionate about fitness and wellness and is constantly pushing himself to see what he is able to do in as many aspects of fitness as possible. He loves teaching others how to become fit and healthy.

But, if you know Seth you know that his true love is his family. He loves to wrestle and play with his four little crazies and spend time with his beautiful wife. He would rather be home with his family than any other place in the world.

This same love has carried over into his profession. After spending years in the industry he found a glaring hole and lack of fitness and wellness information for the young family. There is an overabundance of information on fitness and wellness, but almost all of it is directed to single individuals or just to kids and not to families as a whole unit.

For example, if you follow the common fitness gurus, they will tell you that you have to eat chicken and broccoli and workout at the gym for at least an hour a day. This might work for a single guy or girl, but as a parent it isn’t as easy.

Do you really want to make a special chicken and broccoli “fat loss meal” just for you and then make mac and cheese, pizza, or chicken nuggets for your kids every night? Do you want to have to find a babysitter or drop your kids off at the gym daycare for an hour every day? Don’t you want them to see you working out or even better have them workout with you instead of being pawned off for an hour plus each day?

These are just a few of the common roadblocks a young parent runs into when they try to get fit and healthy. A family shouldn’t be a roadblock. It should be an asset.

Seth’s whole goal is to help other families realize that simple fact.

When you have a young family you are already crazy busy with work, housework, making meals, playing with the kids, spending quality time with your spouse, and about a thousand different things. You don’t have the time to spend hours and hours online researching health and fitness information for yourself, and the rest of your family. Not to mention weeding through all of the useless hype that won’t bring any results.

Because of this I am committed to helping families cut through the falsely marketed hype that is so rampant in the industry. I help those that are confused to understand what few steps can be taken to finally achieve lasting results and what behaviors are unimportant and don’t produce results.

In essence, my goal is to simplify the process of living a fit and healthy lifestyle as much as possible and most of all, how it can be done as a family.
